On Thursday, November 14, 2024, the BC Immigrant Hope Association (BCIH), in partnership with Kamo Bakery—an original Kurdish business owned by Mr. Kamran—organized a sweet distribution event on Vancouver’s Hastings Street. BCIH members, alongside Mr. Kamran, distributed a generous assortment of high-quality sweets to members of the homeless community. This gesture of empathy aims to bring comfort to this vulnerable part of the BC community, reinforcing BCIH’s commitment to supporting those in need.
